1 Refinance Cash Bonus Offer
In addition to the conditions listed above, the Refinance Cash Bonus Offer is only available when you are approved for and settle an Eligible Home Loan with Suncorp Bank which must also meet the following criteria: (1) Pre-approvals must be fully approved before 10 July 2020 (2) cannot be a refinance of an existing Suncorp Bank home loan; (3) where total refinance amount to Suncorp Bank is (i) between of $250,000 – $749,999.99, a payment of $2,000 will be made to the borrower; or (ii) where the total refinance amount exceeds $750,000, a payment of $3,000 will be made to the borrower. Limit of one payment per borrower regardless of the number applications which may be eligible. If there is more than one individual borrower, only one payment will be made to them jointly. The customer must hold a Suncorp transaction account held in the name of all borrowers to be eligible for the offer, if one is not held, one will be opened with payment credited within 30 days of the settlement date.
2 Frontline Extra Cash Bonus
If you meet the Refinance Cash Bonus Offer terms and conditions (set out above), AND are also a frontline worker during COVID-19 listed in the eligible occupation list (available for download here) determined solely by Suncorp Bank, you may also qualify for the Frontline Extra Cash Bonus Offer. If eligible, you will receive $1,000 in addition to the applicable Refinance Cash Bonus Offer payment set out in 1 above and subject to meeting the eligibility criteria set out above. Limit of one extra payment per borrower regardless of the number applications which may be eligible for the Frontline Extra Cash Offer. If there is more than one individual borrower, only one extra payment will be made to them jointly. The customer must hold a Suncorp transaction account held in the name of all borrowers to be eligible for the offer, if one is not held, one will be opened with payment credited within 30 days of the settlement date.
3 Home Package Plus (HPP): 1 x Annual Package Fee Waive
Waivered for the first year – save $375. The first annual package fee is waived for new Home Package Plus customers only with new lending of at least $150,000. Offer valid from 05/04/2017 and is subject to change without notice and may be withdrawn at any time before a credit contract is entered into. The annual package fee of $375 is charged and refunded to the loan.
4 First Home Buyers - HPP: Ongoing Annual Package Fee Waiver
For First Home Buyers, we’ll refund the $375 annual Home Package Plus fee for the life of the loan saving you up to $11,250 over a 30 year term. Applicable for Owner Occupier First Home Buyers who have never previously purchased a property. An eligible home loan is a First Home Buyers Standard Variable Special Offer or First Home Buyers 5 Year Fixed Rate Special Offer with minimum new home lending in the Home Package Plus of $150,000. No annual fee for the life of the loan valid from 12/09/2017 and is subject to change without notice and may be withdrawn at any time before a credit contract is entered into. The annual package fee of $375 will be charged and refunded for the life of the loan, expiring only if the loan is closed or varied out of the product or package.
The Home Package Plus (HPP) discounts are applied for as long as the home loan remains part of the Home Package Plus. Interest rates and discounts are subject to change without notice. Discount margins may be withdrawn at any time before a contract is entered into. Discounts are applied to the applicable Standard Interest Rate at the day of Settlement.
Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) limits are inclusive of Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI) where applicable. A repayment type of interest only is available on loans with an LVR limit < 90%. At the expiry of the interest only period, the rate will convert to the applicable P&I interest rate plus or minus any applicable margins specified in your credit contract.
^^The standard Fixed Rate offered on the day of settlement of the loan will apply unless the rate is secured by paying a Guaranteed Rate Fee. At expiry of the Fixed Rate period, the rate will revert to the applicable Standard Variable Interest Rate less any applicable margin discount specified in your credit contract. The Interest Only period on a Fixed Rate must equal the Fixed Rate term.

Different amounts and terms will result in different comparison rates. Costs such as redraw fees or early repayment fees, and cost savings such as fee waivers, are not included in the comparison rate but may influence the cost of the loan. Comparison rates for Interest Only Fixed Rate home loans are based on an initial Interest Only period equal in length to the fixed rate period. Comparison rates for Interest Only Variable home loans are based on an initial 5 year Interest Only period.
